You’ll be guided to experiment with short drawing exercises to explore the drama of light emerging from the dark. Led by art historian and drawing tutor Karly Allen, tune into contrasts of bright white and deeper tones, through close looking at the portrait of “Jean Pellicorne with his son Caspar” by Rembrandt.

Materials are provided. Places are free but limited, and allocated first-come, first-served on the day.
